Stonewood and Covid-19
Following the Prime Minister’s announcements on the 4th January and in line with specific Government guidance that the housing industry should continue to operate, our Somerbrook show homes and The Tannery site walks are remaining open for visits throughout this period, with social distancing measures in place – strictly by appointment only. Find our guidelines here.
The Government has also confirmed that people are still able to move during this period and our construction sites will remain operational with our teams and sub-contractors working throughout this period. To read this in more detail, click here or here.
Health and safety is our top priority at Stonewood Partnerships.
We would like to reassure you that we are taking extra measures and bringing in extra procedures to ensure we are making our environment as safe as possible. These procedures have been brought in to protect the health and wellbeing of both our staff and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We would really appreciate it if you could read through the below key points and adhere to all guideline to ensure the safety of your appointment.
Hand Sanitiser – please ensure that you sanitise when entering and leaving the show home, we have a dispenser located in the hallway by the entrance.
Appointment Booking – we are only able to accept viewings by appointment only. This is so that we can ensure we have left enough time between appointment for our sales executive to do a thorough clean of the full show home between appointments. In line with the current government guidelines, we can only have 6 people in the show home at one point, this means that we can only accommodate up to 5 people per viewing.
Face masks – we ask that all customers wear a mask during their viewings – we can provide disposable face masks for those that forget to bring one. As in line with the government guidelines, face coverings must be worn throughout the duration of the viewing.
Social distancing – to adhere to current social distancing guidelines and to keep our staff and customers safe we ask that you please keep 2 metres between separate households.
Cleaning – Our sales executives will do a thorough clean in between each visit making sure to disinfect all light switches, handrails, bannisters, and other touch points throughout the show home.
Symptoms – if you or anyone from your household has had any of the following symptoms; a new, continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste or have been in contact with someone who has within the past 14 days we ask that you postpone your viewing until it is safe to undertake.
NHS Track & Trace – Upon entering the show home or any sites we ask that you scan our QR code to support the NHS.
