Sam joined Stonewood as a Site Manager in 2006 and brought with him 10 years’ experience as a carpenter within his family business. Sam began running high spec renovation, conservation and new build projects before being appointed a Director in 2016 now leads the Partnerships division.
Gavin has spent the majority of his career working in strategic roles for local authorities focussed on communications, place promotion, economic development and urban regeneration. He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships; ensuring delivery of business objectives; and continuously improving organisational processes and governance in order to grow the company in line with the values of the wider Stonewood Group.
Adam is an experienced financial & commercial director with 15 years of construction experience behind him. A decade of that experience has been within the new build residential sector, gained from a subcontractor, national house builder and more recently, a regional main contractor. Adam also holds an accounting and finance degree, is ACMA qualified and is also an active member of the CIOB.
Kris joined Stonewood straight from school as a labourer in 2005 and quickly worked his way up from bricklayer to site manager before becoming a contracts manager leading multi-million-pound projects. He is now responsible for overseeing the construction of all new build housing developments.
James is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years of agency experience most recently heading the residential development team at JLL in Bristol. His role is to build the land bank though the acquisition of both strategic and consented residential development sites.
HeadS of departments
Jamie leads on estimating and managing construction management contracts, whilst also dealing with elements of procurement and the appointment of sub-contractors. He brings a wealth of experience having worked at a number of housebuilders delivering high volume residential schemes. Jamie joined Stonewood in 2020.
Mark joined Stonewood in July 2021 having spent over 15 years working on new build residential sites with several large PLC house builders. He has gained a wide range of experience after being involved with developments from the planning stage through to site completion. Mark will be overseeing material and plant procurement, working closely with the commercial team.

Head of Sales & Marketing
Jasmine has extensive experience in selling new build homes for developers. She is responsible for the end to end sales process for all developments, devising marketing strategies and managing the customer journey. Jasmine is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Caroline has many years of experience in sales, having worked in estate agency for nearly 15 years. Caroline strives daily to provide honest and realistic advice to potential buyers whilst focusing on their needs as well as helping them fulfil their requirements.
Head of Technical
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry Simon has been involved in a number of new build residential projects ranging from £1m to £20m in value, delivering up to 300 units on any one scheme. He is now responsible for managing our technical team to coordinate all consultants through the design process.
Martin joined Stonewood in November 2020. Martin has extensive experience in all aspects of customer care and brings 16 years of experience from Dyson.
Blake joined Stonewood in 2020 with over 15 years’ experience in the industry and a successful stint at a major housebuilder. Skilled in CSCS, SMSTS, Contractors, Project Estimation, and Inspection. Blake holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management focused in Construction Management.
With 30 years’ experience in the Industry, starting as an apprentice Bricklayer, then in to site management, Lee has extensive experience from various developments for the major housebuilders, with the last 5 years as a Contracts Manager over seeing development from Cornwall to Swindon. Lee joined Stonewood in 2020.
Holly joined Stonewood in January 2020 with a vast background in planning and conservation. She previously worked at Stroud District Council as a development team manager and has a master’s degree in planning and later studied for a post-graduate degree in conservation.
Lewis joined Stonewood in January 2021 after a number of years working at JLL as a Senior Planner & Associate.
